Do Gift Cards Expire?
No, they don’t! As long as you have a gift card created by LYKKE Kids, you can use it for a LYKKE Saturday visit (or if we have extended hours over the winter or summer holidays)!
When can I use a gift card?
Great question! You’re welcome to use a gift card for LYKKE Saturdays or if we offer visits during the winter or summer holidays! Gift cards can not be used for Slow Sundays (when we open for a small group of families. To help host this experience, we sell visits that day).
Can I Buy a Visit and Forward it to a Friend or Family Member to Use Sometime?
We love that you’d like to gift a visit for a friend or family member! To gift a visit, contact us for a LYKKE Kids gift card - details are recorded and gift cards have traceable numbers to ensure a visit with no expiry. When you purchase a visit, they are non-transferrable and may only be used by the individual or family who purchased.
Can I Use a Gift Card to Attend a Special Event?
Gift cards can not be used to attend special events, like our annual Halloween party (The Monster MASH), Holiday HYGGE, etc. To help us host these events for families, we sell visits).
Can I Use a Gift Card to Visit for a “Slow Sunday?”
Gift cards can not be used for Slow Sunday. We host a small group of families on this day and sales that day help us open the space for a small group.
