Saturdays at LYKKE Kids are a little different every week.
After a week filled with learning, doors are opened for families to come and enjoy what’s currently happening in the space.
Our dedicated atelierista fills the space with beautiful materials, creative provocations, playful challenges, and invitations to make, tinker, explore and wonder.
With the environment evolving, there’s something new for your family to enjoy each visit.
We often hear,
“the space is so big!”

there’s so much here…”
With it being a learning space for kids during the week, we do have a wide range of quality materials and experiences.

Pay for Your Visit
at the Door

Visit based on number of people
in your immediate family.
Newborns (0 - 3 months) are free.
Enjoy your visit and continue
with your day (we don’t do
in and out).
LYKKE Monthly
Create a little ritual of time together.
Come often, create + play freely, and have something special to look forward to
on your weekends.
Choose your number of visits per month.
Visits auto-renew 30 days
after purchase.
Cancel any time after
a minimum of 6 months

A LYKKE Visit
You arrive. Yay!
Welcome to LYKKE Kids!
Find a place to tuck away your shoes, hang up your coats. Someone will be at the gate shortly to say hi and meet you.

We’ll show you where to scan the QR code to pay for your visit.

Come in, come in! We’ll show you around. Here’s where the washrooms are. You can tuck your bag(s) under a bench. A pot of coffee is on (or there’s tea) - please, help yourself!
3.
That’s it. Enjoy yourself. Stay as long as you like. We’re glad you’re here and hope you have a great time!
Make Yourself at Home

at LYKKE Kids. It’s why we have norms
to make sure everyone feels safe and happy…
We are a shared space
You’ll see families talking with other families, helping each other out, and tidying up after themselves.
Visit when everyone is
feeling well
Families are really great about not visiting when someone has a cold or is sick. If you or your kiddos have been feeling under the weather, please visit when everyone
is feeling well.
Laptops stay home
LYKKE Kids is meant as a place where you can escape the noise + busyness of life. So laptops stay home, and if you find that you need to make a quick phone call, we can show you a space where you can do that.
Nut-free Snacks Welcome
We have a space at the back
with high chairs you can use,
as well as tables and chairs.
Stroller Parking
Stroller parking is available directly in front of LYKKE Kids! Bring along a lock or borrow one from us!
Washrooms
Downstairs we have 3 gender neutral washrooms, along with a change table.
Our middle washroom was designed with toddlers in mind, with a toddler-sized toilet and sink!

Woodbine Subway Station
is a 3 minute walk away
(or a 5 minute toddler walk).
Paid street parking
is available along Danforth Ave. and city bike lanes are directly in front of us.
There are also 2 Green P lots
within walking distance:
Amroth 021 and Cedarvale 020
Enjoy the Area
The neighbourhood is filled with young families and lots to do.
East Lynn Park is across the street from LYKKE Kids. It’s a great place to enjoy a picnic together, play at the playground or jump in the wading pool in the summer; it also has a great hill for tobogganing in the winter!
There are lots of great bakeries around, ice cream shops, a loved neighbourhood toy store, a public library, kids’ clothing stores, and more…
You’ll find plenty to explore and enjoy in the neighbourhood. You can make a fun day of it.
