LYKKE Kids

Pass Types

LYKKE Kids offers several ways for you to visit and enjoy our space, including:

  • drop-in passes

  • monthly family passes

  • special event passes

  • gift cards

Each pass type has specific terms outlined below.

Pass Validity + Expiry

Drop-in Pass

Drop-in Pass valid for 60 days
from the date of purchase.

After a drop-in pass expires
it is forfeited and cannot be redeemed,
refunded, or transferred to other products or services.

Passes can not be redeemed for cash, programs, or special events.

Passes may only be used by the individual or family for whom they were purchased.
If purchasing a pass with the intent to gift, contact LYKKE Kids for a gift card with an identifying number.

A valid pass is required for entry and must be presented upon arrival.

Monthly Family Pass

Valid only during active billing period
and do not roll over.

Passes may only be used by the individual or family for whom they were purchased, unless otherwise stated.

Gift Cards

Gift cards do not expire
and may be used for drop-in visits.

Gift cards can not be redeemed for cash, programs, special events or Slow Sundays (this will be clearly stated on the listing)

Gift cards may only be used by the individual or family for whom they were purchased for.

Gift cards cannot be refunded or value transferred to other LYKKE Kids
products or services.

Gift cards can not be redeemed
for cash, programs, or special events.

A gift card must be presented
upon arrival.

These terms are governed by the
laws of the Province of Ontario
and the federal laws of Canada.

By purchasing or using a pass,
you agree to these terms.

Expiry Dates
are Clearly Displayed

at the top of our Buy Passes webpage,
with each pass description on our website, at checkout, and on your purchase confirmation.

We recommend purchasing your drop-in passes at the door when you arrive, in case your plans change or you are unable to come that day.

Cancellations
+ Refunds

  • All pass purchases are final sale and non-refundable

  • Monthly family passes require a minimum commitment of six (6) months

  • Cancellations after the minimum commitment (for monthly family passes) must be submitted in writing prior to the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges

  • No refunds or credits are provided for passes that have expired, early cancellations, illnesses, travel, or scheduling conflicts

Reservations
+ Registrations

Some offerings, including Slow Sundays and programming, require advance reservations or registration.

Policies will be clearly stated with offering descriptions.

Special Events
+ Experiences

  • Special Events, Slow Sundays and programs may require separate admission and may not be eligible for use with standard passes or gift cards

  • Event-specific policies, pricing, and eligibility will be clearly outlined on each event page

Changes to Offerings

LYKKE Kids reserves the right
to modify hours, programming, pricing,
or policies as needed.
Any material changes will be communicated through website or email.

Health, Safety + Conduct

Children must be supervised
by a responsible adult at all times.

We reserve the right to refuse entry
or ask guests to leave if behaviour compromises the safety or experience
of others.
