That’s okay! You can still use it within 60 days of purchase (just not on special event days).
Want to Cancel your Monthly Family Pass?
Families with monthly passes can cancel their pass after having it for a minimum of 3 months (90 days) from the date of purchase. Just send us an email and we can cancel it for you!
My friend and I are meeting up and we each have a kid. Can we buy the drop-in pass for 4?
A group of us are coming, can we just use the 5-6 person pass?
You’ll notice that the price per person is less with the larger passes (a pass for a family of 4 or a family of 5-6 people). That’s very intentional. It’s our way of trying to support larger families with multiple children and to encourage grandparents to join families as well. It’s who those passes are for, and we’d really like to be able to keep offering these passes for them.
So if visiting with a group of friends (which we think is awesome!), we ask that you each pick up your own passes or if someone is treating the group, please add the appropriate passes to your cart (e.g., 3 friends visiting each with a kiddo, add three 2 person passes to your cart).
Can my kiddo(s) visit with one grown-up, enjoy a visit together, and then have another grown-up come to switch out so they can enjoy a visit together too?
We love when kiddos get to enjoy time with their favourite people! And for each grown-up who visits, they would buy a pass for themselves.
Does a Gift Card Expire?
No, and we look forward to you coming in to enjoy it!
When can I use my Gift Card?
You’re welcome to use your gift card to visit during our regular drop-in hours (Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays). Want to attend one of our special events or visit on “Slow Sundays”? Just visit our buy passes page to buy your passes.
I haven’t used all my visits this month (with my monthly pass), can I transfer them to the next month or give them to another family?
Visits can not be transferred to the next month or gifted to other families. But you’re always welcome to change to a pass with fewer visits. If it works better for you, just let us know and we can help you with the switch.
I have a monthly family pass and would like to invite friends. Can they be a part of our family’s pass?
We’d love for you to spend time with your friends! Your pass is for your immediate family, and your friends are welcome to pick up passes to join you!
Can I pause my Monthly Family Pass?
Sure! Each family can pause their pass once a year for a maximum of 2 months. If families choose to cancel, we just can't guarantee the monthly pass rate will be the same if they choose to re-purchase at a later date.
I see you’re hosting a special event! Can I use a pass I bought before and haven’t used yet - to come to the event?
We’d love for you to come to the event! And a one-time pass intended for a visit on a regular day can’t be used to attend a special event. Check details for the event to see what’s required to join!
We got a gift card, could we use that
to attend a special event?
We love gift cards! They’re the best gifts, and they can be used to visit us on a regular drop-in day (a Wednesday, Friday or Saturday). If you’d like to visit the space for a special event or “Slow Sunday,” you’ll need to pick up the passes needed for that particular day.
