Third Spaces
Ray Oldenburg, an American sociologist, created the term “Third Spaces” to describe places outside of our home (first place) and workplace / school (second place) – where people go to be with others and connect with their community.
In this casual and social environment, it’s where we interact with members of our community, and even turn strangers into friends.
It’s a meeting ground to build relationships with others outside of home or work. And we see this every day at LYKKE Kids.
It’s why we’re here.
