Giving them the confidence to try new things, express themselves in their own ways, and feel the joy of creating.

A different kind of after-school experience.

We’re about experimenting, following ideas and enjoying learning through the process - not everyone making the same thing or taking home a set finished project.

Your big kid will get to experience different disciplines, work with interesting materials, use real tools, follow their curiosity and discover what they enjoy.

What a great way to spend their time after school!

  • 8 weeks (1.5 hour sessions) Tuesdays, 4 - 5:30 p.m.

  • A small group setting of 8 kids

  • Facilitated by an Ontario Certified Teacher (B.A. B.Ed., M. Ed)

Winter Session

every Tuesday, 4 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.
January 12th to March 2nd, 2027

at LYKKE Kids

For the 8 weeks of programming, including all materials:
$600 + HST

Payment due in full at registration or payment plan available with $339 due at registration and $339 due by January 11th, 2027.

If you wish to withdraw from the program, 30 days written notification is required.

FAQ

  • No, we don’t. We love that LYKKE Kids is within walking distance of multiple local schools. We’ve timed our after school program knowing that a crossing guard will be on duty at Danforth and Woodbine, and Danforth and Woodmount (Laurie) until 4 p.m. each Tuesday. If in walking distance, your big kid can walk over with a friend and we’re happy to message you when they arrive! We love the confidence building this gives kids; they can walk in their own neighbourhood.

  • We don’t; we’re not an after school care program. We recommend that your big kid tucks in an extra nut-free snack when they pack their school lunch that day.
